Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Please note that all payments will be collected at the end of each consultation meeting*. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for all scheduled appointments booked and confirmed 7 days in advance. For appointments booked and confirmed within 48 hours, a minimum cancellation notice of 12 hours is required. If for any reason, I have to cancel an appointment, this will be done within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment.
Grace Period:
A 20-minute window will be given from the scheduled start of your confirmed appointment; after which you will be considered a "no show."
* Full payment of consultation service fees will be due before any rescheduled appointment.
